IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Charge 50% for deposit at time of call.
• Deposit: 50% deposit (including tax) required per room reserved.
• Check In: Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. We’d be happy to work within your schedule if possible, but please let us know in advance if you wish a different check-in time.
• Check Out: 11:00 a.m.
• Cancellation: We ask for 7-days notice to cancel a reservation; there is a $10 processing fee per room cancelled. Within the 7 days, we will offer you a gift certificate for a future one night stay. Guests are responsible for room charges for any early departures.
• Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted indoors. Please take advantage of the porch and gardens if you wish to smoke.
• No pets.
• Children 12 and older.
• Get credit card number, expiration date, security code from back of card.
